Vcity8 Login Guide
Everything You Need to Know About Login
Logging in to your vcity8 account is the gateway to every gaming experience we offer. The process is designed to be as fast and simple as possible without compromising security. Within seconds, you'll be in your favourite game lobby.
Vcity8 supports two primary login methods: the first uses a combination of your email or username along with a password, and the second is via OTP sent to your registered phone number. The OTP method is especially useful if you have forgotten your password or are using a new device that has never been logged into before.
For maximum security, we encourage you to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings after logging in. With 2FA enabled, every login attempt from a new device will require additional verification via SMS — meaning even if someone else knows your password, your account stays protected.
New Device? If you log in from a device that has not been used before, vcity8 will send a security notification to your registered email and phone number. This is our proactive security feature to protect your account.
Another key security feature at vcity8 is the unusual activity detection system. If the system detects a login attempt from an unfamiliar location or device, your account will be temporarily locked and you will receive a notification to confirm whether the attempt was made by you.
For players who prefer a more comfortable mobile experience, the vcity8 app for iOS and Android offers faster login with biometric support — fingerprint or face recognition depending on your device. This means you never have to type your password every time you want to play.
If you run into any login issues — whether it's a forgotten password, not receiving your OTP, or an account that's been locked — don't worry. The vcity8 support team is available 24/7 via Live Chat on the platform and can resolve most account issues in under 10 minutes. Make sure you have access to your registered email or phone number to speed up the identity verification process.
